- Standard Return Window (30 Days) You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all factory seals intact.
- Hygiene and Safety Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items) Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols governing premium cosmetic and topical wellness products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
- Return Process (RMA) To initiate a return, you must first contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our corporate office without prior authorization.

- Refunds Once we receive your item, our quality assurance team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., your credit card). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vitacell-solutions.comwith photographic evidence. We will gladly replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you.
- Chargebacks and Disputes We are committed to excellent customer service. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We resolve 100% of valid customer concerns internally.
