- ORDER PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
- SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable, top-tier couriers to ensure the safe delivery of our cosmetic products.
Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days (if applicable at checkout).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen courier issues or extreme weather conditions.
- SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We require tracking on all our premium shipments to ensure secure and verified delivery to your doorstep.
- CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING) VitaCell Solutions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with your local customs regulations regarding cosmetic and wellness imports.
- DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES We take pride in our secure packaging protocols. However, if your premium product arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, please contact us immediately at support@vitacellsolutions1.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will initiate a replacement process at no additional cost to you.
If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. We will assist you in filing a claim if necessary.
